The Safeseal JCS1C is a single-acting seal integrated into the target device. It has been developed for environmentally clean and lubricating liquids with low consistency (< 2 %), such as water, various oils, solvents and pulp. If the seal is used in mass thickness in excess of 2%, additional flush is recommended. The seal has a G1/4” connection for this. The seal faces receive their lubrication and cooling from the product being pumped. The balanced design of the seal allows trouble-free operation even in sudden pressure fluctuations. This design ensures reliable and long-lasting operation under the most demanding conditions. The seal is designed to guarantee long-lasting and trouble-free use, reduce seal water consumption and prevent environmental emissions.
