For: GasPac Dry Gas Seal (equivalent to Flowserve GasPac Series DGS), Howden Screw Compressors

GasPac-D Double-ended DGS for Howden Screw Compressors.

    Design Parameters

    1. Compressor Inlet Pressure: 0.1 to 0.49 MPa
    2. Compressor Outlet Pressure: 0.48 to 0.795 MPa
    3. Design Pressure: 1.06 MPa
    4. Design Temperature: -35 to 120 °C
    5. Compressor Inlet Gas Temperature: -1 to 50 °C
    6. Compressor Outlet Gas Temperature: 50 to 100 °C
    7. Speed: 7527 r/min
    8. Medium: Hydrogen, methane, ethane, propane, butane, butene, pentane, carbon dioxide, etc.

    Design Features

    1. Due to the high operating pressure, only explosion-proof spring energized seals with explosion-proof properties can be selected for the auxiliary sealing rings in the high-pressure section.
    2. The structural component design must undergo rigorous static analysis and optimization.
    3. The stability of the dynamic pressure effect generated by the dynamic pressure groove and the stiffness-to-leakage ratio must undergo rigorous dynamic analysis and verification tests.
    4. The isolation sealing structure requires special design and testing to ensure accurate control of compressed air consumption, thereby meeting the control requirements for the explosion limit of the secondary leakage channel.
