AS Type 169
Type 169 Multiple Spring PTFE Elastomer Bellow Mechanical Seal for Chemical Pumps. Single end, multiple springs, balanced PTFE elastomer bellow. Uses multiple small springs and PTFE bellows as compensation components. Rotary component driven by PTFE bellow. Outboard installed. Widely used in chemical pumps, especially alkali pumps that work with alkali liquid containing solid particles.
