    AS T28XP

For: T28XP Dry Gas Seals (equivalent to John Crane Type 28XP DGS), Ebara Turbine Compressors

T28XP + F93R Series DGS with Barrier Seal — High-Temperature, High-Pressure Dry Gas Seals for Ebara Turbine Compressors.

    Design Parameters

    1. Tandem dry gas seal
    2. Medium Temperature: -40 to 150 °C
    3. Static Pressure: 8.618 MPa
    4. Dynamic Pressure: 5.869 MPa
    5. Rotary Speed: 14643 r/min

    Actual Operating Conditions

    1. Operating Pressure: 4.647 MPa
    2. Operating Temperature: 140 °C
    3. Rotary Speed: 13312 r/min
    4. Medium: 97.56% CH₄, 1.5007% N₂, H₂S, etc.

    Design Features

    1. For high-pressure, high-temperature turbine compressors, only explosion-proof "spring energized seals" can be selected as auxiliary sealing rings.
    2. Structural component design must undergo rigorous static analysis and optimization.
    3. The stability of the dynamic pressure effect generated by the dynamic pressure groove and the stiffness-to-leakage ratio must undergo rigorous dynamic analysis and verification tests.
    4. The isolation sealing structure requires special design and testing to ensure accurate control of nitrogen consumption.
